Good evening David, car arrived about midday,exactly as you described and after a groom and clean off the moss and lichen it should be a suitable car to tow our caravan. Very pleased with our purchase and the way you looked after us, it can be difficult when you are unable to view and have to trust the salesperson at the other end. After 40 years of avoiding car sales like the plague, I took the plunge after finding the car I wanted advertised by JCCs. Extremely helpful sales team answering all my emails, both important and trivial which resulted in my acquiring a low kms 2007 Civic with which I am extremely happy. I am from Dunedin and had doubts about buying a vehicle sight unseen from a Motor Trader in Auckland. Well, I needn't have had any reservations, because from the moment I contacted Alex to discuss details about the Van I felt totally at ease. To cut a long story short about the great communication, organising inspections, payment and shipping, at a special rate to the South Island, all the way through to actually receiving the van, which arrived exactly as described. You can trust these guys, they do what they say, 100%. Thanks Alex & David for all your efforts!

It’s been a few months since I purchased the family 7 eater through JCC, so well over the honeymoon period and still more than happy with my purchase. The guys proved to be open, honest and trustworthy. Everything happened as they said it would. The condition of the wagon was as they said it would be. They arranged for the Cambelt to be changed and helped ne obtain a 3year mechanical warranty at wholesale prices.
Thanks Guys!! My next purchase will definitely be through you again.

I am from Rotorua and was very pleased with how you explained the process for importing a vechicle, always happy to answer any questions,i was a little nervous but was so happy with what i received your honesty not only in NZ but also the honesty of the agent in Japan good mechanical warranty even down to purchasing a second one after the first one expired. Purchased in June 2013 from JCC Ltd at Roscommon Road. A very pleasant transaction experience from the friendly staff. The car was immaculately valeted, minor paint blemishes restored, new tyres, new NZ towbar and ADAYO GPS/Bluetook audio system fitted. Just wanting to say thank you - The car you sourced from Japan using your Find a Car Ex Japan service is amazing and my Daughter is absolutely chuffed.
The whole process of purchasing a car was simplified and the car you imported totally exceeded our expectations.
After taking it for a test run I totally want one for myself (Perhaps a slightly later model) is that wrong of me ?

Great start to a holiday

My wife and I arrived at Auckland airport from Scotland and required a car for our 6 week holiday here in NZ. Thank goodness for finding Alex Speight (manager Jcc)He picked us up from our accommodation, took us to view a range of different cars , gave us absolutely no 'hard' sell and after we had made our minds up he even ran us to the bank so we could pay for it!
I have been in the motor trade in England for 20 years and know a good vehicle when I see it . I also know how some car sales operators can work.
In this case we came away with a very nice car from a very nice man and from what certainly seemed to us, a very good company.
I WILL buy from them again-thankyou.

Repeat customer the very next day

Contacted Alex regarding a car for Lady Boss.
He listened patiently to our needs and suggested a range of cars that we hadnt considered. We wound up not only trading our existing car for a very fair price but purchasing a beautiful BMW which had done only 20K!
I was so impressed with Alex's attention that I now have him looking for another BMW for me.
What a please to deal with a gentleman rather than a "salesman"
We will tell all our friends and business colleagues.

Thanks to Alex for making my car purchase so easy. I was a very unsure buyer and was lead through a process which produced the best outcome for me - low mileage and immaculate paint work. There was an issue with the new brake pads which was remedied immediately. I wouldnt hesitate to go back to this car yard and am already looking forward to it!

This is the 2nd time I’ve imported a car with Alex very easy to deal with and he is very helpful with any questions you may have. He shows you the brake down in the cost so there is no hidden costs. I told Alex what car a wanted With a maximum kms and how much I was will to spend. It took from 16/5/2020 - 18/7/2020 till I took possession of the car.
Ended up saving at least $8000 importing the car through Alex.
Looking forward to dealing with him in the future. If you don’t mind waiting to save thousands Alex is the best way to buy your new car.
